Your secured order is guaranteed! Your bank, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges. If they do hold you liable for any of this $50.00, PetMax Naturals will reimburse you for the entire liability, up to the full $50.00. PetMax Naturals will reimburse you for this liability if the unauthorized use of your card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at the PetMax Naturals website while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

PetMax Naturals offers the following options to ship your product:

UPS GROUND (not applicable to AK, HI).
U.S. MAIL (PO BOX, APO, FPO ONLY).

ORDERS OVER $100.00 RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING VIA UPS GROUND OR US MAIL ONLY.

UPS 2nd. DAY AIR IS AVAILABLE BUT WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES
PetMax processes orders within 1-2 business days. Typical shipping times are as follows: West Coast - Expect 3-5 business days in shipping time Midwest Regions - Expect 5-7 days in shipping time East Coast - Expect 7-10 days in shipping time

ORDERS to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We do ship to these locations. The orders will be shipping via U.S. Air Mail only. The charges are $ 5.95 for orders 0-$49.99, orders $50-$100.00 shall be charged $6.95 and orders over $100 will be shipped Free of Charge. Shipping time is usually 5-10 business days.

ORDERS TO CANADA- PetMax does ship to Canada and uses U.S. Air Mail. The average shipping charge to Canada is $17.00 U.S. Dollars, but please call (800) 560-1611 or e-mail petmax@earthlink.net for an exact shipping price.

INTERNATIONAL - We do ship internationally. Please call us at (805) 557-0100 or e-mail us at petmax@earthlink.net for the actual shipping charges to your country.

BACK ORDER POLICY- Occasionally, out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, bad weather etc. We cannot predict when they may occur. Despite this, PetMax makes every effort to minimize these delays. We will e-mail or call you in the event of an out-of -stock situation. We will give you the opportunity to either place an order and we will fill it within a certain amount of time, or you may not order and wait for us to alert you when the product comes in.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX- Sales tax shall be charged on orders inside California. The amount will be charged automatically and will be set by the county you live in.
